Precision machining in our 15,000 sq ft CWB certified shop. 20 ft tall doors and overhead cranes let us bring in almost any size of off-road heavy equipment or structural component for bore restoration.

Flange Facing
Restore sealing surfaces on pressure flanges, manway covers, and pipe connections. We face flanges up to 16″ diameter, removing corrosion, warpage, and pitting to restore a true sealing surface that holds pressure.

Weld Build-up & Re-bore
When a bore is too far gone for a simple hone, we weld build up the worn material, then line bore it back to OEM spec. One-stop shop — welding and machining happen in sequence without moving the component to another vendor.
